Chad I’ve been enjoying Strawberry Berries daily for a few months now for regular hydration and during playing sports/workouts with or without unflavoured creatine but have also recently started using the Peach & Lychee Energy Boost mix for my sports days. The flavour is good although I enjoy it best when mixed in 750ml-1L of alkaline water(but also with regular ionized water). It is my go-to electrolyte/vitamin mix.
